We provide a service whereby we will act in the same way as a principal contractor however all cost is transparent to our client and market tested. It is based on delivering best value for our clients, working in a collaborative manner and providing true control over a project for the client.

Our philosophy is to build a relationship that will stand the test of time and not be confined to a single contract, where the motivation is not profit driven as can sometimes be seen in a main contracting model.

On direct comparison of the management contracting model against a main contractor model; we have been able to demonstrate savings to clients of up to 25% against historical projects within the same developments.

We can take the project from inception and lead the design if required, as well as work with a pre-existing design by others. Regardless of this, our approach is the same – deliver best value for our clients.
